If you maintain guarantee, always enclose a copy of cash receipt
invoice or other information that proves the guarantee.
The IMEI number should also be clearly marked.

If the unit is out of the guarantee period you will receive a cost estimate.
If you don´t want the unit to be repaired we will charge a cost for the examination.

Note! Ensure that back-up has been done before service.
Customer unique information, such as ringtones and telephone book
often disappears when the phone is updated.

If you want the product sent back by post you always have to pay for the freight.
